Stylized PBR door prop study with hard-surface hero renders

The three still renders cover a three-quarter hero presentation, a flat front view with hardware detail, and a close-up on the metal lock plate and rivet trim. Each frame is lit and posed to surface a different aspect of the prop: plank wood grain, hardware corrosion, and hinge plate texture.

The set is sized for a real-time engine drop-in so reviewers can validate silhouette, proportion, and material work against the runtime target rather than offline render only.

Pipeline ran reference board with weathered medieval door reference, block-out, high-poly hard-surface modeling, retopology, UV layout, bake, and Substance PBR pass with internal art-direction review at each gate. Edge bevels and trim were calibrated for stylized runtime use with slightly exaggerated wear rather than realistic photo-match.

The asset ships with LODs, clean UVs, baked normal and AO maps, and a calibrated Substance material set. The pipeline plugs into broader scene work alongside studio game background art deliverables when stylized interior scenes need matching door dressing.

Stylized PBR read with a grounded weathered-medieval palette: warm oak plank tones, oxidized iron hardware, dust accumulation along bevels, and tuned rim light on metal trim. Material rules stay in line with stylized fantasy environment language so the prop reads as a recognizable archetype across genre pitches.

Wear and grime distribution carries the stylized exaggeration just enough to read at gameplay distance without slipping into cartoon territory, supporting first-person dungeon, isometric RPG, and third-person adventure scene dressing.
