Ice Sword stylized PBR fantasy weapon prop model with hero renders

The four still renders cover three-quarter hero, top-down hilt detail, side-profile blade study, and a close-up on guard ornament. Each frame is lit and posed to surface a different aspect of the prop: ice blade refraction, hilt material work, guard ornament read, and emissive core envelope.

The asset is sized for a real-time engine drop-in so reviewers can validate silhouette, refraction read, and emissive envelope against the runtime target rather than offline render only.

Pipeline ran concept-art interpretation pass on the Ivan Dedov reference, block-out, high-poly hard-surface modeling, retopology, UV layout, bake, and Substance PBR plus translucent shader pass with internal art-direction review at each gate. Refraction and emissive envelope were calibrated for real-time use rather than offline render only.

The asset ships with LODs, clean UVs, baked normal and AO maps, and a calibrated Substance material set. The pipeline plugs into broader scene work alongside studio 3D character modeling deliverables when fantasy hero characters need matching weapon kit.

Stylized PBR read with a frozen-fantasy palette: pale-blue translucent ice blade, dark steel hilt, frost-white guard ornament, and emissive cyan core glow. Faceting on the ice blade is tuned for silhouette read at small in-game size while still carrying refraction up close.

The adaptation respects the original Ivan Dedov concept-art proportions and ornament shorthand so the model reads as a faithful 3D translation of the source illustration.
