About this Guild of Heroes concept art set
Six concept sheets cover hero archetypes alongside bosses such as the Lava Elemental and the Hell Dog. We worked off short briefs that named role, level band, and signature ability, then proposed two or three silhouettes per slot. The chosen silhouette went to color and final render in one pass per character.
Sheets stay flat-lit in front view so modelers and animators get clean reads on proportion. We kept secondary turn angles on a side layer for any character that carried asymmetric gear, which saved a return trip during the modeling phase.
